Gale Hawthorne is another main character from The Hunger Games trilogy. He is Katniss' hunting partner and they met when Gale was 14 in the woods. Gale calls Katniss 'Catnip' because when they met, Katniss spoke so quietly it sounded like she said Catnip. I'm not a very big fan of Gale especially in Mockingjay. Liam Hemsworth plays Gale in the movie. He is known for his role in The Last Song. He is engaged to Miley Cyrus and his brother, Chris Hemsworth plays Thor in the box office hit, Avengers Assemble.
